采用数值计算的方法对后加载和前加载叶片的气动性能进行了详细的分析.研究了无扭曲的叶片与弯曲叶片的压力系数分布以及负荷分布特性,分析了后加载和前加载叶栅内总压分布规律和总压损失沿叶高的变化情况。数值计算得到的后加载和前加载无扭曲的叶片中部压力系数分布与平面叶栅试验数据吻合良好,后加载弯曲叶片和前加载弯曲叶片的近叶顶、中部和近叶根处的压力系数分布与试验数据基本吻合。
The aerodynamic performances of aft-loaded and fore-loaded blades are analyzed in detail by numerical calculation methods. Pressure coefficient and load distribution characteristics of straight and bowed blades have been studied. Rules of total pressure distribution and variation of total pressure loss along blade height in fore-loaded and in aft-loaded cascades, are analyzed. The pressure coefficients distribution at mid-height of untwisted fore-loaded and aft- loaded cascades, obtained by numerical calculation agrees well with experimental data of plane cascades. The pressure coefficients distribution, near blade tip, at mid-height and near blade root of the bowed aft-loaded and fore-loaded blades also basically agree with experimental data of annular turbine cascades.
