对现代透平机械的密封技术研究进行了综述。重点介绍了透平机械中广泛应用的迷宫密封、蜂窝密封和刷式密封技术的密封原理、结构形式和国内外研究现状。对透平机械密封技术的泄漏流动、传热特性以及动力学特性的研究方法和研究结论进行了讨论,介绍了西安交通大学叶轮机械研究所TurboAero研究小组在透平机械密封技术方面的具体研究工作。展望了透平机械密封间隙泄漏流动传热以及汽流激振的研究和发展方向,为提高我国透平机械密封技术的整体设计水平和运行经济性提供有益的技术参考。
The recent research and development of the sealing technology in modern turbomachinery is reviewed. The sealing principle, geometrical structure and presented status of research and development of labyrinth seals, honeycomb seals and brush seals, which are widely applied in modern turbomachinery, are summarized. The research methodology and conclusions of the leakage flow characteristics, heat transfer and dynamic characteristics of labyrinth seals, honeycomb seals and brush seals are introduced in details. The specified research works on the sealing technology in turbomachinery of the TurboAero group of Xi'an Jiaotong University are illustrated. The future research orientation of flow, heat transfer and fluid excitation of sealing technology in turbomachinery is discussed.
