采用金刚石压头划痕法在抛光后的硬质合金表面制备了平行微织构,划痕载荷分别为5,10,15 N,织构间距为30,50,80,100μm。在UTM-2摩擦磨损试验机上进行了微织构硬质合金的摩擦磨损试验,对摩擦因数进行了在线测量,并利用超景深显微镜观察了表面微织构摩擦磨损形貌。试验结果表明:硬质合金的表面微织构有助于降低摩擦因数,当划痕载荷为10 N、织构间距为30μm时,摩擦因数最小,只有0.36。
Parallel micro-textured was fabricated on the polished cemented carbides surface using diamond scratching method.The scratching loads were 5 N,10 N and 15 N,and the micro-grove space of textures were 30μm,50μm,80μm,100μm,respectively.The friction tests of micro-textured cemented carbides were performed on UTM-2.The frictional coefficients were measured online.The surface wear of micro-textured cemented carbides was observed using ultra depth microscope.Test results showed that the micro-texture of cemented carbide surface help reduce the friction coefficients.The friction coefficient was the least with the value of 0.36 when the scratching load was 10 N,texture space was 30μm.
