This paper thinks that the relationship between entrepreneur social capital as individual and corporate social capital as but the relationship of a whole is not the simply inherent perforation. This one-way representative relationship or unequal relationship, paper also tries to analyze the inner channels and points between corporate social capital and entrepreneur social capital, by structuring the inherent perforation model between the two.
