为了解胆酸盐浓度、作用时间两种因素对亚硝基谷胱甘肽——GSNO处理鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫(E.tenella)孢子化卵囊脱囊的影响,试验采用L9(3^4)正交试验方法,通过镜检子孢子脱囊率来确定鸡球虫卵囊经GSNO处理后体外脱囊的最佳条件。结果表明,在胆酸盐浓度为0.75%,作用时间为2 h时,GSNO处理孢子化卵囊的脱囊率最高。
To study the effect of bile salts concentration and action time on excystation of the sporulated oocysts of Eimeria tenella in Chicken treated by S-nitroso-glutathione(GSNO), the orthogonal test was adopted to select the optimum excystation condition by inspecting the excystation rate of sporozoites with microscope. An L9(3^4) orthogonal experiment was performed to investigate the three factors (three levels for each factors were selected). The results of in vitro excystation test showed that the excystation rate of the sporulated oocysts by GSNO was the highest when the bile salts concentration was 0.75% and acted two hours.
