移动互联网的迅猛发展和金融多元化需求的加速提升,催生了移动互联网金融新业态。面对更加高效便捷与复杂多变的风险交织并存的局面,如何使移动互联网金融业在内生驱动下超常和稳健发展,这一核心难题与挑战变得更为突出和迫切,引起了业界、学界和政府以及其他各界相关人士的高度关注。以用户体验为本,通过对重点选择的390名使用过移动互联网金融服务的人展开调研,运用具有大数据关联分析特点的AMOS等统计分析方法和工具,重点对驱动源、作用机理、动力学传导过程和适应性条件等进行内生机理性分析。研究发现:满意度和信任度通过基于便利性、兼容性等的用户体验对使用频度产生正向影响;而感知性制度机制能在很大程度上阻滞、延缓和调节用户体验波动对使用频度可能产生的负向影响。如此,能从理论和方法上为移动互联网金融产业的稳健运行、制定引导和助推的适应性监管政策等提供更加有力的科学支持。
The rapid development of mobile internet and the increasing demand for financial diversification gave birth to a new form of mobile internet finance. It not only brings convenience and efficiency, but also contains complex and changeable risk. Faced with this situation, how to make the mobile internet industry develop healthily under the endogenous driving force becomes prominent and urgent, and causes high degree of concern. This study is based on user experience, and 390 subjects who used mobile internet financial services were surveyed. Statistical a- nalysis methods and tools, such as AMOS, which have characteristics of large data association analysis are used, fo- cusing on the endogenous mechanism analysis of the driving source, the mechanism of action, the process of dynamic conduction and the adaptability. The results show that satisfaction and trust have a positive impact on the use fre- quency through the user experience based on convenience, compatibility;the perceived institutional mechanism can largely retard, delay and adjust the negative impact between the user experience fluctuations and the use frequency, which provides more scientific and powerful support for the healthy development of the mobile internet financial in- dustry and for the formulating of the guiding supervision policy from the theoretical and methodological point of view.
