目的研究六味地黄汤超微和传统饮片对胎鼠脑发育不全的干预作用,并从抗氧化角度探讨其机制。方法采用孕鼠被动吸烟造成胎鼠脑发育不全,分别给予六味地黄汤超微和传统饮片进行治疗。脑组织匀浆后采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),硫代巴比妥酸法测定丙二醛(MDA)。结果 SOD:与正常组比较,模型组胎鼠脑SOD下降不明显(P〉0.05),治疗后超微六味地黄汤全量组较模型组、传统六味地黄汤组明显升高(P〈0.05)。MDA:与正常组比较,模型组胎鼠脑MDA明显升高(P〈0.05),治疗后各组MDA均有所下降,超微六味地黄汤全量组MDA明显低于模型组和超微六味地黄汤1/3量组(P〈0.05)。结论孕期被动吸烟可以导致胎鼠脑组织MDA活性升高,SOD活性降低。六味地黄汤可降低此模型胎鼠脑组织MDA活性,升高SOD活性,超微饮片对上述指标的效果优于传统饮片。
Objective To study the effect of superfine-powder of Liuwei Dihuang decoction(LDD) on the mouse embryo atelencephalia,and to investigate its mechanisms.Methods The embryo atelencephalia model was established by passive smoking in pregnancy.LDD and LDD superfine powder was administrated.The superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondlaldehyde(MDA)were measured.Results Compared with the control group,the SOD in embryo brain was decreased insignificantly in model group(P〉0.05).Compared with the model group,the SOD was increased significantly in LDD superfine powder group(P〈0.05),which was higher than that in LDD group(P〈0.05).Compared with the control group,the MDA in embryo brain was increased significantly in model group(P〈0.05).Compared with the model group,the MDA was decreased in LDD superfine powder group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The MDA level was increased and SOD level was decreased in brain by passive smoking in pregnancy.LDD superfine powder could increase SOD and decrease MDA in embryo brain,which was superior to LDD.
