由于硫系玻璃传感器具有高度的化学稳定性和选择性,电压可重复性,耐腐蚀性强,使用寿命长等优点,近来年被逐渐应用于工业控制和环境监测等场合。本文在阐述硫系材料的玻璃形成能力、分子结构对化学稳定性的影响和电特性的基础上,介绍了对6种重金属离子选择硫系玻璃传感器(Fe、Hg、Cr、Cu、CA、和Pb)的试验研究,分别给出了6种传感器的检测范围、检测限、pH和干扰离子对传感器的影响等结果。
Chalcogenide glass sensors, with the advantages of high chemical stability, voltage repeatability, strong corrosion resistance and long life, recently, are applied in industry control and environment monitor fields. The paper introduced the producing glass capacity of chalcogenid material, the influence of molecular structure for chemical stability and the electrical properties of chalcogenid material. And six kinds of heavy metal ion selective chalcogenide glass sensors (Fe, Hg, Cr, Cu, Cd, and Pb) were studied and the experimental results like detection ranges, detection limit, the influences of pH and interfering ions, were presented.
