采用土柱淋溶法研究了不同温度下,在土霉素单一污染及"土霉素-锌"复合污染土壤体系中,土霉素在老化土和未老化土中的淋溶行为与残留.结果表明,当土霉素添加浓度较低时,原土和老化处理土壤中在0~5cm土层中能检测出土霉素;当土霉素浓度为100mg/(kg土)时,在未老化土的0~5cm和5~10cm土层中可检出土霉素.随老化温度的降低,土霉素的残留总量占初始量的比例增加.与单一污染相比,土霉素在复合体系中的土壤残留比有所增加.
The leaching and persistence of oxytetracycline in single oxytetracycline and oxytetracycline-zinc in soil was researched using soil column.The results showed that oxytetracycline was detected in 0-5 cm non-aged and aged soil column at lower initial concentration of oxytetracycline.Oxytetracycline was detected in 0-5 cm and 5-10 cm non-aged soil column when the concentration of oxytetracycline was 100 mg/kg.The residual percentage of oxytetracycline in initial amount increased in single system with decreasing of temperature or in combined system.The residual percentage of oxytetracycline increased in oxytetracycline-zinc combined system compared to single system.
