选择高效液相色谱作为检测仪器,研究了土壤残留中2-羟基-1,4-萘醌的HPLC检测方法.色谱柱为Kromasil-C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm);流动相为甲醇∶水∶磷酸=70%∶30%∶0.40%;流速为1mL/min;柱温为30℃;进样量为20μL;检测波长为269nm,色谱条件下2-羟基-1,4-萘醌的保留时间是4.38min.本方法准确度高,相对标准偏差为1.3%,最低检出限为0.001mg/L,平均回收率为(73.18±0.03)%.
High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was developed for the determination of 2-hydroxyl-1,4-naphthoquinone in soil.HPLC analysis was performed with labtech LC600 liquid chromatography equipped with an ultraviolet detector.The analysis was performed on a Kromasil-C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm).The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol∶ ultrapure water∶phosphoric acid(70%∶30%∶0.4%),the flow rate was 1 mL/min,column temperature was 30 ℃,and injected volume was 20 μL.The wavelength of maximum absorption of menadione was 269 nm and typica1 retention time was 4.38 min.The accuracy of the method was high.Relative standard deviation was 1.3%.The detection limit of 2-hydroxyl-1,4-naphthoquinone was 0.001 μg/mL.The average recovery rate was(73.18±0.03)%.
