英文摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to explore the internal mechanism of public participation and conduct a stakeholder analysis on mining land reclamation.Methods employed include documentary and economics analysis.The results redefine the stakeholders of mining land reclamation.Furthermore,it elaborates the interests and conflict of interests groups among the government agencies,mining enterprises,local farmers and consultation organization in land reclamation.The conclusion of the study is that the public participation in land reclamation not only increases the recognition degree of public,but also plays a role for the implementation supervision.Studying on the intrinsic interest relations can promote different interest groups to seek balance of interests and reduce social conflict.
