本文在传统的直杆折流杆换热器只能采取正方形布管的基础上,设计了一种新型的波形折流杆换热器,该换热器可进行更加紧凑的三角形布管。以水为流动介质,对两种换热器的壳程进行了数值计算,对两种换热器进行流动与传热性能分析。结果表明,综合性能较传统直杆折流杆换热器提升近10%。
In this paper, a rod baffle heat exchanger with ripple rods (RBHXsRR), which can take the triangular tube layout mode, is proposed. It's more compact than the conventional rod baffle heat exchangers with straight rods (RBHXsSR) which can only take the square tube layout mode. The flow and heat transfer capability with water is analyzed by numerical simulation on the shell side of two heat exchangers with different rods. The results indicate that the comprehensive performance of RBHXsRR increases about 10% than RBHXsSR.
