本文对圆管内插入不同中空比(d*=d1/D)空心轴螺旋片的湍流传热过程进行了数值模拟研究,结果显示内插空心轴螺旋片圆管内的传热性能明显得到提升,平均努谢尔特数相比光滑圆管提高了105%385%;并从([火积])耗散与传热效率的角度定量分析了内插螺旋片强化传热机理,结果发现内插螺旋片管内传热效率在91.3%92.3%之间,均高于光管。
In this paper,an investigation of turbulent heat transfer in a circular tube fitted with helical screw tape of different clearance ratios(d* = d1/D) has been conducted by numerical simulation.The simulation results show that the thermal performance of the tube with helical screw tape has been improved significantly,and the average Nusselt number has increased by 105%385%compared to the smooth tube.In addition,the mechanism of heat transfer enhancement of the helical screw tape has been analyzed quantitatively based on entransy dissipation and thermal efficiency.The result reveals that the thermal efficiency of the tube fitted helical screw tape is in the range of91.3%92.3%,which is higher than that of the smooth tube.
