单核-巨噬细胞具有广泛的生物学功能,是参与固有免疫和适应性免疫的重要细胞。芳香烃受体(arylhydrocarbon receptor,Ah R)作为配体激活的转录因子在免疫应答的过程中有着重要的调节作用。Ah R可在单核-巨噬细胞中表达,并通过与不同配体结合来影响单核-巨噬细胞在机体免疫反应中的作用。通过深入研究Ah R和单核-巨噬细胞在免疫应答中的关系,可为今后纠正单核-巨噬细胞功能紊乱所导致的免疫功能异常提供新的研究方向。本文就Ah R在正常、病理状态下单核-巨噬细胞中的表达及其对功能紊乱单核-巨噬细胞的调节作用做一简要综述。
Monocyte-macrophages, having various biological functions, play an important role in innate and adaptive immunity. Aryl hydrocarbon receptor(Ah R), as a ligand-dependent transcription factor, can combine with various ligands and influence the immune function in monocyte-macrophages of human body. Therefore, the investigation of the relationship between Ah R and monocyte-macrophages would provide a new prospect for the recovery of immune system functional disorder induced by monocyte-macrophages dysfunction. In this paper, we review the expression and regulation of Ah R in normal and dysfunctional monocyte-macrophages.
