The subject＇s psychological state has important influence on the formation of network public opinions in emergencies.The causes of the network public opinion＇s generation,based on the subject＇s psychological state,include four aspects： First,it is the strengthening and enlargement of the subjective anxiety;Second,it is the intensifying of collective mood and the lost of individual rationality;Third,it＇s the psychological imbalance and emotional catharsis;Fourth,it＇s the accumulation of political mistrust and the defect of expression mechanism.In order to control the network public opinion of emergencies,we need to establish a rapid emergency response and recovery mechanism,emergency disposal of information and transparency mechanism,interest adjustment and social psychological balance recovery mechanism and the subject growth and management mechanism.
