现有的产品平台评价分析方法主要依赖于专家意见,由于专家的经验和知识往往具有片面性,或者在评价问题中评价指标难以定量化,将影响对产品平台的评价结果。为了更加合理、有效的评价产品平台,通过引入模糊层次分析法(FAHP)和D-S证据理论,从产品多样性、平台技术性、客户满意度、开发设计周期、平台风险性、平台通用性六个维度,对产品平台进行定量评价,有利于保证评价结果的客观性。以数控机床为实例,说明了上述方法的正确性性和高效性。
Existing evaluation methods for product platform mainly depend on the expert opinion,which will affect the results of the evaluation of the product platform.To evaluate common product platform more rationally and effectively,a comprehensive evaluation approach was proposed.Comprehensive evaluation architecture of platform and a FAHP-D-S evidence theory-based decision model of platform evaluation were presented.The comprehensive evaluation criteria were grouped into six categories: customer satisfaction,variety,technology,risk,commonality and design cycle.Finally,a case study of numerical control machine platform was presented to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the approach.
