本文使用近红外脑功能成像技术探测正常被试在中文音素言语流畅性任务时的脑激活模式,34名右利手大学生被试参加了实验,实验任务为音素言语流畅性任务,采用近红外脑功能成像仪检测被试额颞区在任务时的激活情况,结果发现该任务激活了大脑双侧的额颞区,双侧缘上回的激活可能为中文音素言语流畅性任务的语言特异性激活脑区,该研究为临床诊断提供了参考价值。
Verbal fluency task is a kind of traditional psychological test used to assess an individual’s language fluency ability for transmission of information and a classic paradigm for studying human cognitive and language skills. Since the indicator of this task can distinguish healthy people and patients, it has been widely adopted in several clinical areas, including psychiatry, neurology, neurosurgery and so forth. Because Chinese is a typical Logogram, which can distinguish other languages in the perspective of orthography and speech, the neural correlates on the task of its Chinese version may be language-specific. Therefore, the current study investigated the brain mechanism when 34 right-handed healthy college students did the Chinese phoneme verbal fluency task assessed by Functional Near Infrared Spectroscopy(f NIRS). 34 right-handed(16 males, 18 females) graduate students participated in the experiment and the measuring instrument for the brain mechanism was the LABNIRS Functional Near Infrared Spectroscopy, which was made by the Shimadzu company. The experimental design was a within-subjects design. Participants were asked to sit in a quiet undisturbed lab to complete the Chinese phoneme fluency task, while being assessed by LABNIRS in their frontotemporal area, with the indicator of oxygenated hemoglobin concentration(Hb O). The total experimental task consisted of 5 blocks and each block continued for 60 seconds, half of which for the target condition, namely the verbal fluency task, and the other half for the rest condition. Before the experiment, practices were necessary in order to prevent confounding variables. The instruction was presented on a computer in front of the participants by the E-prime software before being tested and experimental materials were Chinese shengmu or constants: /y/,/sh/,/j/,/d/,/x/, which were randomly presented to the subjects. The data were divided into two kinds: behavior and f NIRS data, which were analyzed separately. The results showed that the subject
