英文摘要：

Objective To study the expression levels of miR-218 in colorectal cancer and normal tis- sues. Methods Using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction to detect the expression levels of miR-218 in 60 cases of colorectal cancer and the corresponding normal tissues, and calculate its relative ex- pression. Results The relative expression of miR-218 in the tissues of 60 patients with colorectal cancer was 0.33 ＋ 0. 12, it was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05） ;there was no statistically significant difference in the expression of miR-218 in the general form of gender, age, tumor histological type, clinical stage, depth of invasion, and the degree of tumor differentiation （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; there was lower expression in lymph node metastasis than in those without lymph node metasta- sis （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion miR-218 shows low expression in colorectal cancer, Its lower expression levels may indicate earlier lymph node metastasis, miR-218 may act as a tumor suppressor gene involved in tumor development.
