Firstly, starting from the factors of innovation ability system, this paper in-depth analyzes the innovation ability of Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu pilot area by comparing it with Beijing Zhongguancun, Shanghai Zhangjiang and Wuhan Donghu. Secondly, the innovation ability of Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu pilot area is dynamically analyzed and objectively evaluated. At last it puts forward some advice.
