目的对实验性脑缺血后的神经学检查及认知功能的评价进行综述。方法通过查阅最新相关文献,阐述神经学检查及认知功能评价方法在脑缺血动物模型中的应用。结果实验性脑缺血研究时,进行行为学评价是1种行之有效的检测脑缺血严重程度的方法。结论实验性脑缺血的神经学检查及认知功能评价在检测脑缺血模型以及缺血后动物的恢复方面起着很重要的作用,结合其他生化检测,能更加全面地评价脑缺血模型及干预措施的疗效。
Objective To review the neurological examination and cognitive functional evaluation on experimental cerebral ischemia. Methods Based on the related literature, the application of neurological examination and cognitive functional evaluation on experimental cerebral ischemia were summarized. Results The use of animal model of cerebral ischemia to carry out behavior test was an effective and simple way to evaluate the extent of ischemia. Conclusions Neurological examination and cognitive functional evaluation on experimental cerebral ischemia play a very important role. By combination with other biochemical tests, they can be used as a more comprehensive way for cerebral ischemia evaluation.
