软组织形变效果的真实性和实时性是评价虚拟手术训练系统优劣的2个重要因素.软组织的三角网格模型作为形变算法的基础,直接影响着形变的整体效果.为提高软组织形变仿真的真实性和实时性,提出了软组织三角网格自适应细分算法,可以针对模型指定区域进行细分处理,避免了为提高形变真实性而无选择性地加密所有三角网模型的弊端,大大减少形变计算的数据量,进而提高形变仿真的速度.同时为达到更好的形变效果,对模型表面进行平滑处理,消除“棱角”现象.仿真实验表明,本文的算法不仅大大提高了软组织形变仿真的速度,而且对形变效果也有很好的提升.
The accuracy and the real-time performance in soft tissue deformation are usually applied to evaluate the quality of the virtual surgery system. The triangular mesh model as a basis for the deforma- tion algorithm has direct effects on tb, e model deformation. In order to improve accuracy of the model de- formation and real-time performance, this paper proposes a self-adaptive subdivision algorithm. This algo- rithm subdivides local area of the model rather than the global model, and improves the effects of the virtu- al surgery system. In order to improve the sense of vision, the grid surface of the deformation region is smoothed to suppress noise. Experiments show that the proposed method is very effective. This method not only improve the efficiency of deformation simulation, but also improve the sense of vision for the user.
