阿尔兹海默症(AD)的发展是个长期的过程,在疾病最初始阶段——主观记忆减退阶段,开展有针对性的干预是延缓AD进程的有效切入点。目前针对主观记忆减退老年人的可塑性研究处于起步阶段,仅有的少数认知训练研究提示主观记忆减退老年人的认知功能仍具有一定的可塑性。迫切需要设计严谨、测查指标丰富的设计来探讨认知训练对延缓主观记忆减退老年人认知老化,并进一步预防AD等神经退行性疾病发生的影响。
The progression of Alzheimer's disease (AD) might begin decades before onset of clinical symptoms, it would be more appropriate to prevent or postpone the disease process by intervening in this earlier stage of subjective memory complaints (SMC). The elderly with SMC demonstrate some neurodegenerative brain changes and have high risk of developing dementia, while relatively little is known about the effectiveness of cognitive training for SMC. Most of the existing few training studies target on the SMC were designed not rigorous, and the indicators for training effect were not comprehensive. Therefore, further research is necessary to discuss the influence of cognitive training on cognitive functions for SMC.
