The multiplex gene expression genetic analysis system is a novel analytical platform, charac- terized by its primer design with gene-specific and universal sequences. The fluorescence capillary electro- phoretic separation is used to compare and analyze the expression levels of multiplex PCR products. This tech- nology is simple, rapid, productive and cost-effective, and holds great promise for cancer classification and bio- markers discovery.
