在VMCI下研究零售商主导的两级供应链决策与协调问题。假定零售商的销售努力影响终端市场需求,验证了集中和分散决策模式下最优寄售量和努力水平均存在且唯一,且发现当系统的边际利润率小于供应商的边际利润率时,集中决策下的寄售因子大于分散决策下的相应值。引入收入共享与努力成本共担契约,可实现供应链协调,进一步当契约参数满足一定条件时,可实现帕累托改进。最后,给出算例,分析了批发价格对于系统决策及利润的影响。
This paper studies the decision and coordination in a two-echelon supply chain under VMCI.Assuming that retailer's sales efforts affect the terminal market demand,we verify the existence and uniqueness of the optimal consignment amount and effort in both centralized and decentralized decision-making model.Moreover,we find that the consignment factor in the centralized model is larger than that in the decentralized one.Then,the system is perfectly coordinated by introducing the revenue and efforts cost sharing contract.Furthermore,the supply chain can realize the Pareto improvement when the contract parameters satisfy certain conditions.Finally,we analyze the impact of wholesale prices on system decisions and profits by a numerical example.
