用水热法合成了2Pr/NCL、5Pr/NCL、7.5P/NCL、10Pr/NCL类水滑石和NCL类水滑石。重点考察了Pr物种含量对类水滑石结构及衍生复合衍生物催化性能的影响。用XRD、H2-TPR、H2-TPD、C2H5OH-TPD和TPO等对类水滑石和衍生复合氧化物的晶相结构及衍生复合氧化物的还原性能、吸附性能和抗积炭性能等进行了表征。同时以乙醇水蒸气重整制氢反应为探针考察了衍生复合氧化物的活性和选择性。结果表明:Pr的掺入能形成NiCoPrLa结晶度较好的类水滑石结构,Pr含量增加时类水滑石的特征衍射峰强度增强。其衍生复合氧化物在乙醇水蒸气重整制氢反应中表现出较好的活性和选择性,当反应温度为450℃时,5Pr/NCL乙醇的转化率为100%,氢气的选择性77.56%。
Hydrotalcite is synthesized as compounds in different Pr content including 2Pr/NiCoLa、5Pr/NiCoLa、7.5Pr/NiCoLa、10Pr/NiCoLa and NiCoLa by hydrothermal method,to study the influence of Pr content on the structure of the hydrotalcite-like compounds and catalytic performance of the derived mixed oxides.The samples are characterized by XRD、H2-TPR、H2-TPD、C2H5OH-TPD and TPO to study the crystalline phase of the hydrotalcite-like compounds and their derived mixed oxides,reducibility,adsorptive property and resistance to carbon formation of the derived mixed oxides.Hydrogen production is applied from ethanol steam reforming as probe reaction in the activity and the selectivity of the derived mixed oxides.The results show that the addition of Pr could be synthesized NiCoPrLa hydrotalcite-like compounds with better crystal structure.With the increasing of Pr content,the intensity of the characteristic diffraction peaks of the hydrotalcite-like compounds increase.The derived mixed oxides show good activity and selectivity in producing hydrogen from ethanol steam reforming.The conversion of C2H5OH of the 5Pr/NCL sample could achieve 100% and the selectivity of hydrogen is 77.56% when the reaction temperature is 450 ℃.
