沥青混合料耐疲劳性能是影响沥青路面使用寿命的关键因素。对AC-13、AC-20、ATB-25三种类型沥青混合料试件进行常应力三分点小梁弯曲疲劳试验,分析温度、加载频率、级配类型等对沥青混合料疲劳性能的影响规律。研究表明:密实型沥青混合料由于含有较多的沥青胶结料,其疲劳性能一般较嵌挤型沥青混合料更好;施加相同应力时,低温条件下沥青混合料的疲劳寿命较高温条件下高;而同一应力比时,高温条件下沥青混合料的疲劳寿命较低温条件下高;较低加载频率对沥青混合料的疲劳寿命影响更为显著。
Fatigue performance of asphalt mixtures is a key influence factor to service life of asphalt pavement.Through the third-point flexure fatigue tests of controlled-stress mode conducted to three types of asphalt mixtures(AC-13,AC-20,ATB-25),the rule of effect of test temperature,loading frequency and aggregate gradation on fatigue performance of mixture is analyzed.The research shows:the fatigue performance of compacting asphalt mixture is better than embedded asphalt mixture because compacting asphalt mixture contains more asphalt cementing materials;under the same quantitative loading,the fatigue life of asphalt mixture in lower temperature is longer than that in higher temperature;the fatigue life of asphalt mixture in lower temperature is shorter than that in higher temperature with the same stress ratio;the effect of lower loading frequency on the fatigue life of asphalt mixture is more remarkable.
