研究了一种将正向三维建模与逆向工程建模相结合的混合建模方法,用来进行金属植入物三维CAD建模。以解剖型接骨板为例,利用参数化设计法进行接骨板规则部分的三维建模,利用逆向工程技术对接骨板具有解剖学特征的部分进行逆向工程建模,再利用三坐标测量仪构建对齐参考线,并在UG中进行正、逆两部分三维CAD模型的拼接。利用建立的骨科内植物三维模型开展了虚拟手术、生物力学分析,以及利用3D打印制作模型用于术前模拟等应用,取得了良好的效果。
A hybrid modeling method which combines forward modeling with reverse engineering was studied to build 3D CAD model of orthopedics metal implants.Take anatomical plates as example,parametric design method was used to model the regular part of the plate,and reverse engineering method was used to model the anatomic parts of the plate. Then a reference line for aligning models was established by three-coordinates measuring machine, and the models built with forward modeling and reverse engineering were joined in UG.3D models built with hybrid 3D modeling method were used for virtual surgery and biomechanical analysis.some 3D models were fabricated by 3D printing for surgery simulation, and good results were achieved.
