针对不确定环境下有最小订货量约束的产品联合补货问题,用三角模糊数表示固定订货成本和可变订货成本,建立了模糊规划模型,选择能使总成本最小的方案进行补货。在分别采用重心法和符号法对模糊总成本进行去模糊化后,采用改进的差分进化算法对模型进行求解。通过数值实例与遗传算法进行了性能对比,证实了所设计算法的优势;对比分析了20种情况下两种去模糊化方法得到的联合补货总成本,并以成本最小为原则给出了去模糊化方法的选择原则。
Considering the joint replenishment problem under uncertain environment with the minimum order quality constraint,the fixed ordering costs and variable ordering costs were regarded as the triangular fuzzy numbers and the fuzzy programming model was set up.Therefore the minimum cost plan was selected to replenish.The total cost was defuzzified through the centroid method and symbolic method,and the model was solved by using an improved differential evolution algorithm.The advantage of proposed algorithm was proved by comparing the performance of numerical examples and genetic algorithm.The joint replenishment total cost was obtained by two defuzzifying methods under the condition of analyzing 20 situations,and the selection principle of defuzziness method was given with minimal total cost as principle.
