This article is to introduce Prof. XIE Jingri＇s experience in eradicating the Helicobacter pylori with TCM. Prof. XIE holds that dampness - heat is the main pathogenic factor. The pathogenesis is dampness - heat in the spleen and stomach and defi- ciency of healthy qi. The key is qi deficiency, stagnation and blood stasis. The disease location is spleen and stomach. The treat- ment includes clearing dampness and heat, strengthening the spleen - qi, regulating qi activity and removing static blood. WE should also combine western medicine accordin- to its progression in clinic and nay mare attention to nursing.
