川藏公路是西藏连结中国西南地区的主要通道。1991年6月发生的川藏公路102滑坡(古滑坡复活)严重影响着公路的畅通。2002年采用原路边坡锚拉桩板护坡方案进行整治,暂时解决了交通阻断问题,但经6年多的使用证明,整治效果不佳。从滑坡的成因、滑坡物质构成和影响因素分析,102滑坡仍然是一个不稳定的滑坡。经论证,隧道方案可以克服滑坡对道路的危害和威胁问题,达到畅通的目的。虽然该方案一次性投资较大,但建成使用后,由道路畅通带来的社会效益将是巨大的。因此,无论是从根治滑坡对道路的影响角度还是从社会经济效益角度,隧道方案都是一个工程价值较高的方案。
The Sichuan-Tebit highway is a main thoroughfare connecting Tebit with South China. No. 102 landslide,happened at the highway in June 1991,had a severe impact on traffic. A scheme with the protection of the slope using the anchored sheet pile,was adopted in 2002 and had been utilized to solve the problem for the moment. However,the recent six-year experience clearly shows that this scheme is not very effective. Analyses on formation mechanism,material composition and influence factors,indicate that No. 102 landslide is still unstable. As the result of argumentation,the tunnel scheme is a good choice to remove threats of landslide on the highroad. Although the scheme needs a large one-off investment,it can bring huge social benefit by providing a smooth traffic after the construction is completed. Consequently,the tunnel scheme has high construction value considering the landslide controlling effect and socioeconomic performance.
