This article breaks the traditional way of two - dimensional static evaluation,and adopts the method based on three - dimensional configuration including time,space and index. With the application of factor analysis,the article analyzes the impacting factors of financial industry agglomeration and the trend of its development. It integrates dynamic analysis and static evaluation to appraise the financial agglomeration degree of the 15 cities of Yangtze River Delta objectively and exactly. This article makes systematic study on the dynamic evolution of the financial industry agglomeration and its characteristics,pointing out the problems of financial agglomeration in Yangtze River Delta. Finally,it provides several policy and recommendations.
