随着单元体设计与基于状态维修等理念的发展,为克服早期传统的使用监视方法的不足,提出并发展了航空发动机限寿件使用寿命监视技术。在归纳发动机使用监视发展历程的基础上,重点论述了使用寿命监视概念、功能结构、发展现状及未来趋势,并对比了使用寿命监视相对于早期使用监视方法的优越性与研究的必要性;详细分析了使用寿命监视需解决的关键技术及潜在的应用前景;最后结合国内现状,给出了开展使用寿命监视研究的相关建议。
With the development of these theories like component design and on-condition maintenance, life usage monitoring of aero-engine life-limited parts was proposed to overcome the deficiency of the tradi-tional usage monitoring method. Based on the engine usage monitoring development process, the definition, functional composition, research status and future directions of life usage monitoring were introduced in de-tail. Moreover, the advantage and necessity of life usage monitoring were compared with the traditional us-age monitoring method, and the key technologies and potential applications were also analyzed. Finally, combined with the domestic status, relative suggestions on life usage monitoring were put forward.
