细水雾灭火技术的关键在于喷头参数的设计。为了优化喷头的设计参数,对12个不同设计参数的离心式喷头进行试验研究,采用LS-2000激光粒度仪测量细水雾雾化参数,分析喷头螺杆流道形状、螺纹倾角、流道数量、螺杆长度等设计参数对雾场特性的影响。研究结果表明,螺杆长度对水雾速度和索纳尔平均粒径的影响较小,螺纹倾角、流道数量、流道形状对水雾特性的影响较大,说明了细水雾喷头设计参数的优化应从螺纹倾角、流道形状及流道数量入手。
