为了优选灭火效能好的细水雾添加剂,根据Lewis—Nukiyama—Tanasawa(LNT)关联公式、表面化学理论、激光粒度仪研究了不同添加剂作用下细水雾粒径分布的变化情况.结果表明:无机盐Ⅰ对细水雾粒径影响较小;增黏剂V1与V2使粒径为75~125μm的雾滴数减少,粒径为225~350μm的雾滴数增加;表面活性剂S1与S2使粒径为25~125μm的雾滴体积分数增加,粒径为150~375μm的雾滴体积分数减少;复合添加剂C1使细水雾的粒径分布向小粒径变化,分布范围变宽;复合添加剂C2则使粒径为75~150μm的雾滴体积分数减少,而在175~250μm之间的雾滴体积分数增加.
In order to develop additives for water mist with better extinguishment performance, the effects of various additives on the particle size distribution (PSD) of water mist were studied by Lewis-Nukiyama-Tanasawa (LNT) correlation formula, surface chemistry theory'and laser particle size analyzer. The results show that the inorganic salt (I) has little effect on PSD. The viscosity enhancer (V1) and (V2) decrease the number of droplets in the 75 to 125 μm range while increasing that of 225-350μm. The surfactant (S1) and (S2) increase the volumetric fraction (VF) of droplets of 25 to 125 μm droplets and reduce that of 150-375 μm droplets. The compound additive (C1) reduces the Sauter mean diameter of mist but widens range of the size distribution. The compound additive (C2) reduces the VF of 75 - 150 μm droplets while increasing that of 175-250 μm droplets.
