企业经营绩效评价不仅应该能够反映当前企业的经营状况,更应该能够体现企业的发展趋势、稳定性、管理的努力程度,文章运用理想点法与灰色关联法以及相对绩效评价相结合建立绩效评价模型,在剔除规模因素等影响的基础上,从时间序列角度体现了绩效评价的动态性和发展性,并借助实证数据进行了验证分析。
Enterprise performance evaluation should reflect not only the current management state of the enterprise ,but also the trend of the development of enterprises and the stability and the management level. This paper establishes a dynamic e valuation model with the combination of Ideal Point Method and Gray Correlation Method. On the basis of removing the impact of the scale factors, this model reflects the dynamic nature and development of performance evaluation from the perspec tive of time series. Empirical data is used for the verification and analysis in the end.
