从中文社会科学引文索引（CSSCI）数据库中筛选出640篇电子政务方面论文,利用元分析方法,对2000年—2009年的这些论文从研究主题、研究方法、参考学科和研究层次四个角度进行统计分析。分析发现：研究热点主要集中在电子政务信息资源管理、信息资源整合、绩效评估和对策建议等方面,新的研究主题开始显现;多数论文使用非实证研究方法,实证研究很少;参考学科多样化,信息科学、工商管理、政治学和法学是它的近邻学科;论文的研究层次集中在微观层,缺少对中观层（如行业和组织层）的研究。最后针对研究特征进行讨论,指出未来电子政务的研究方向。

英文摘要：

640 publications from 2000 to 2009 are selected from the Chinese Social Science Citation Index database and are analyzed based on meta analysis from four aspects,including research topic,research methods,reference disciplines and units of analysis.The results show that,firstly,researches focus mainly on information resource management,information integration,performance assessment and policy suggestions for e-government,and some new researching themes has appeared;secondly,most of them use non-empirical research methods;thirdly,disciplines of references are diversifying.Information science,business administration,political science and law are the neighboring subjects;forthly,they focus on the micro-level,which lacks the researches on the medium-level（such as industry and organizational level）.At last,the paper points out the characteristics of e-government researches and the future of the researches on e-government.
