公众对移动政务服务的采纳是移动政务成败的关键。以TAM和IDT为基础,结合移动政务特点,构建移动政务公众采纳影响因素的理论模型,并通过问卷调查对研究模型和假设进行实证检验。研究表明,感知信任、感知成本、感知易用性、相对优势、相容性、自我效能、主观范式是影响公众采纳意向的重要因素。最后,根据研究结果给出提升移动政务公众采纳水平的建议。
The public adoption is the key of Mobile-E government (MG) services. Based on the TAM, IDT and the characteristics of MG, this paper brings up the public adoption model of MG. By the data from the questionnaire, the model and hypothesis were empirically tested. Research indicates that relative advance, perceived ease of use, compatibility, perceived of cost, perceived of trust, self -efficacy, subjective normal form have a great influence on public adoption. Finally, proposals for improving public awareness and a- doption are provided.
