The paper mainly presents the localization situation of Chinese offshore drilling equipment and analyzes the deficiency gap on the characteristic of offshore drilling equipment the between China and fremdness. The developing way and significance on the localization of offshore drilling equipment are expatiated in the article. In the end,the paper puts forward some proposals on the developing of localization of Chinese offshore drilling equipment.
