职业生涯理论20世纪初起源于美国,当前在我国的研究和运用越来越受到重视,大学生就业形势、思想政治教育及高校发展需要职业生涯规划与思想政治教育进行有效结合,在教育目标、教育作用、内容等方面都有相近性和互补性。所以,我们以职业生涯规划为切入点,解决学生＂成长的烦恼＂,把生涯规划与思想政治教育相互融合,在规划实践中检验和巩固思想政治教育的效果。

The professional profession theory is born from the USA in 20 century,currently its research and utilization receives more and more attention in our country,the university students empioyment situation,the ideological and political education and the university development needs the effective union of the professional professin plan and the ideological and political education their educational goal,education meaning,content,and so on have proximate and the complementarity.Therefore,we should take the professional profession plan as the breakthroughs point,solve ＂the growth worry＂of the students,fuses mutually the profession plan and the ideological and political education,so as to examine and consolidat in plan practice the effect of ideological and political education.
