针对航空发动机焊接式整体叶盘毛坯变形严重、余量不均等问题,提出一种基于对称原则的整体叶盘加工余量自适应优化方法。通过分析整体叶盘的制造工艺特点与难点,给出了加工余量优化建模与求解算法;在此基础上,根据叶片周向对称分组原则,提出了整体叶盘变形叶片组逐层细分的余量分布优化方法。算例及分析表明,此方法能够较好地优化焊接式整体叶盘毛坯余量,从而降低线性摩擦焊接工艺引起的叶片位置偏差和余量分布不均对叶盘加工质量的影响。
Aiming at the issue of serious de- formation and uneven allowance distribution for aero- engine blisk blank with linear friction welding process, an adaptive approach to allowance balancing based on symmetrical principle is proposed. Through analyzing the characteristics and the difficulty of blisk manufacturing process, a modeling and optimization algorithm of allow- ance balancing is given. Then an approach to allowance balancing with layered segmentation of blade groups is developed, following the circumferential symmetrical grouping principle. Examples show that the allowance distribution of blisk blank can be controlled effectively and the influence of machining quality caused by position deviation and uneven allowance in the welding process can be reduced significantly.
