在生物结构和功能成像领域里,超分辨成像成为近年来研究的热点,而荧光分子定位,特别是多荧光分子的定位,是超分辨成像的一个重要环节。本文基于模板函数和非线性拟合给出多个荧光分子定位算法,并利用该算法分析信噪比和两个荧光分子距离对荧光分子定位精度的影响,指出了只有信噪比大于5,两个荧光分子的距离大于8个像素时,才能获得精确的荧光分子的定位。结果证明该方法的合理性和有效性。
For biology structure and function imaging, super resolution imaging is an important technique in recent years. Fluorescence probe localization, especially multi-fluorescence probes localization, is a key step for super resolution imaging. The method, based on template function and nonlinear fit, used to locate multi-fluorescence probes, is proposed. Furthermore, by using the method, it is analyzed that the distance of two fluorescence probes and signal to noise ratio have impact on the precise location. To reach precise fluorescence probe localization, SNR should be more than 5 and the distance of the two fluorescence probes reaches 8 pixels. The results show that our method is valid and reasonable.
