为评估煤制油过程的某种中间产物(A油品)可燃蒸气的爆炸危险性,采用易燃范围试验装置(FRTA)爆炸极限测试仪测试研究其在不同温度、不同N_2含量下的爆炸下限,并分析两者对油品蒸气爆炸下限的影响。实验结果表明,在初始温度为30,60,90,120和140℃时,油品蒸气的爆炸下限与初始温度之间呈非线性关系,且均随着温度的升高而逐渐降低。初始温度高于120℃后,其爆炸下限变化趋势幅度均减小。在同一温度、不同N_2含量下,一定范围内油品蒸气爆炸下限随着N_2含量的增加而增大;不同温度、不同N_2含量下,油品蒸气爆炸下限的改变因受到温度和N_2的双重作用,爆炸下限变化较为明显。
For the sake of assessing the explosion risk characteristics of A product flammable vapors during coal process,FRTA(flammable range test apparatus)explosion limit instrument was used to determine lower explosion limit under different temperature and different nitrogen content and analyze the impact on lower explosion limit of oil vapor.The results show that when the initial temperature is 30,60,90,120and140 ℃,the lower explosion limit and the initial temperature of the oil vapor is nonlinear relationship,gradually reducing with the increase of temperature.After the initial temperature is above 120 ℃,the trend of lower explosion limit is decreased.Under the same temperature and different nitrogen content,the lower explosion limit of oil vapor within a certain range increases with the increase of nitrogen content.Under different temperature and nitrogen content,the lower explosion limit of the oil vapor is changed by the double action of temperature and nitrogen,so that the lower explosion limit is more obvious.
