在知识经济背景下,知识产权能力是企业发展不可或缺的能力。从创造、运用、管理3个维度剖析了企业知识产权能力,探讨其对企业成长的影响机制,并分析了区域知识产权保护强度在这一过程中的调节作用。通过对计算机应用上市企业数据的实证分析,发现知识产权能力可以有效促进企业成长,企业所在区域知识产权保护强度对这一影响存在显著正向调节作用。

In the age of knowledge economic,intellectual property capacity is indispensable for the development of firm.Intellectual property capacity compose three dimensions of create,use and manage.This paper analyses the relationship between intellectual property capacity and the growth of firms.The regulation effect from external intellectual property intensity is tested.Through the empirical test of the data form computer application listed companies,the conclusion could be obtained that intellectual property capacity positive affect the growth of firms.And external intellectual property intensity could positive regulation the relationship between intellectual property capacity and the growth of firms.
