【目的】旨在合成出一种性能优良的有机硅农用展着剂。【方法】以六甲基三硅氧烷和烯丙醇聚氧乙烯甲基醚为原料,在Karstedt催化剂作用下,进行硅氢加成反应合成了双聚醚封端改性六甲基三硅氧烷,通过FT—IR和。HNMR确定了产物的结构。【结果】经实验优化反应条件后产率达95.8%,性能测定结果表明该化合物具有优良的界面性能。【结论】该化合物作为一种有机硅农用展着剂,值得进一步研究和推广。
[Aims] This paper aimed to synthesize a kind of agricultural spreader containing silicone with excellent performance. [Methods] Using hexamethyltrisiloxane and ally/polyethylene glycol methyl ether as raw material, bispolyetherhexamethyl trisiloxane was synthesized by hydrosilylation reaction in the present of Karstedt catalyst. Meanwhile, its structure was characterized by FT-IR and ~H NMR. [Results] After optimization of reaction conditions, the yield was 95.8%. Furthermore, the performance measurement result showed that the product had excellent interfacial properties. [Conclusions] The product is worthy of further study and popularization as agricultural spreader.
