以向日葵种质‘阜8321’的114份单株为材料,利用23对引物进行SSR分析。结果表明,23对引物扩增共获得57条带,其中24条多态性带,多态性比率为42.11%。聚类分析显示114个个体间遗传相似性较高,遗传相似系数为0.86-1.00,在遗传相似系数0.87附近,可将114份单株分为两个类群,第一类群包括4份样品,其余110个单株为第二类群。PopGen3.2软件分析得出种质内个体间平均有效基因位点数、平均香农指数和位点预期杂合度分别为1.4682、0.4078和0.2606。说明该种质个体间SSR位点存在一定的差异,为异质型种质,在繁种更新中应注意维持其遗传完整性。
114 individuals of 'Fu 8321' sunflower accession were amplified with 23 SSR primers and used to analyze the genetic diversities. Total of 57 bands with 24 polymorphic ones were obtained,and the percent- age of polymorphic bands was 42.11% The coefficient of genetic similarity among the 114 individuals var- ied from 0.86 to 1.00 by the unweighted pair group method of arithmetic average (UPGMA) using the NTSYSpc2.1 ,at the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.87. 114 individuals clustered into two groups,one in- cluding 4 samples,the other was composed by 110 individuals. The average of efficient alleles number (ne), Shannon's information index(I) and Nei's expected heter0zygosity for the accession was 1. 468 2,0. 407 8 and 0. 260 6,respectively. The results suggested that there were some divergences though not rich among the SSR loci for the individuals of the accession, 'Fu 8321' accession was a genetically heterogeneous one, and we need to pay attention to preserve its genetic integrity during the propagation process.
