以某新型龙门式加工中心直线滚动导轨结合面为例,对正确获取数控机床机械结构结合面模型和动力学参数这一关键技术问题进行研究。利用基于模态理论辨识和频响函数识别两种方法得到了直线滚动导轨结合面动力学参数,继而通过建立涵盖高速数控机床机械结构、电机驱动、控制系统以及虚拟加工的多平台联合仿真系统,实现无物理样机环境下数控机床整体动力学性能预测和综合评价的目的。
It studies how to acquire the contact surface modeling and parameters correctly, which is the pivotal technology problem in dynamic modeling of mechanical assembly of NC machine tool A gantrytype machining center is used as the studying object, as an important part of which--the linear roller guideway, whose dynamic parameters hove been got through studying two methods contrastively. Moreover, the paper explores a sort of notion and means to establish a virtual machine dynamic simulation model based on multi-platform joint simulation system, which consists of mechanical model, motor driver model, controller model and processing simulation model, so that the purpose of predicting and evaluating synthetically the NC machine tool dynamic performance without a physical sample can be achieved.
