依据1995~2010年的我国七大地区(31个省市)的面板数据,利用泰尔指数分解发现,考察期内,七大地区的就业和FDI的区间差异对各自总差异的贡献度分别为73.17%和66.87%,区域差异主要是区间差异造成的。基于CES生产函数推导出的就业决定计量模型,运用面板数据回归实证研究了FDI流动与我国区域就业差异的关系,研究结果表明,区域间FDI的差异是导致区域就业差异的显著因素。除华北地区外,整体上FDI加大了我国东、西部地区的就业差异,缩小了中部地区的就业差异。就业的区域差异在很大程度上源于FDI在我国区域间的投资倾斜所带来的就业转移、就业替代和就业结构变迁。
This paper studies the relationship between foreign direct investment disparity and regional employment disparity. The methods uses in the study are known as Theil index analysis and panel data analysis. Combining 16 years' ( from 1995 to 2010 ) data of China, its applies Theil index to analysis the cause of employment disparity; establish the model of foreign direct investment disparity and employment disparity based on constant elasticity of substitution production function. The result shows that the interval difference of employment and FDI contributes 73.17% and 66.87% to the total difference respectively; regional foreign direct investment disparity leads to regional employment disparity, on the whole, foreign direct investment increases regional employment disparity of eastern and western part, decreases regional employment disparity of middle part. The employment regional difference is derived from employment transfers, substitutions and employment structure changing.
