为了了解吸收式制冷系统性能参数随时间的变化规律,更好地设计自动控制系统,利用Fortran语言编写R124-DMAC为工质对的汽车发动机废热驱动的鼓泡吸收式制冷系统的动态模拟程序,模拟不同工况下性能参数的变化,并对系统作扰动分析,模拟结果给系统性能的预测带来便利,为机组的实际应用提供理论模型。对比试验样机运行工况,证实动态模型的准确性。
In order to understand the dynamic variation regulation of the performance parameters of absorption refrigeration system and design automatic control system, the dynamic numerical simulation programs for bubble absorption refrigeration system pow- ered by waste heat from vehicle engine using R124-DMAC mixture as the working fluids is established by Fortran. Through simulating the variation of performance parameters under various working conditions and analyzing the perturbation to the system, the simulation results can help to predict the system performance and provide theoretical model for prac- tical application of unit. By comparison with experimental operation conditions, the accu- racy of this dynamic model is verified.
