基于战略导向的层次性和协同效应,以企业生命周期和竞争强度为两个分析维度,针对“首创”路径和“弯道超越”路径上企业的各发展阶段所面临的内外部环境特征和变化,分别提出企业战略导向协同体系的选择和调整框架,引导企业合理有效地进行战略导向决策,使企业在变化的内外部环境中保持战略柔性并实现持续的卓越绩效。
Based on the hierarchy and synergistic effect of strategic orientations, this paper first proposes the "original path" and the "surpassing path" depending on the enterprise's order of entry, then constructs a decision-making framework on the choices and adjustments of strategic orientations for each period through the whole firm life cycle, which leads a firm to keep strategic flexibility and gain sustainable development.
