针对甘蔗柔性化结构特性,首先利用虚拟样机的技术引入甘蔗的柔性化模型。在边界元法的理论基础上,运用非线性规划方法建立甘蔗边界元模型,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对柔性化甘蔗模型进行动力学边界元仿真分析。边界元法是通过数理解析将传统有限元法的领域型问题转换为边界问题,再对其离散,从而有效地解决传统有限元法的数据准备工作量大、解析时间长、计算费用高的问题。
